Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read below for detailed information on our return process.

Returns

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us
    Email us at malucollective@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return or exchange an item.

  2. Package your item
    Carefully place the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship to:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

International Returns (Outside the EU/CEE)

Due to customs delays and restrictions in Portugal, we can only accept returns from non-EU countries (e.g., USA, UK, rest of the world) under the following conditions:

  • The return must be shipped with “Duties and Taxes Paid” (DDP).

  • Any customs duties or import taxes we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 to 10 business days.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

International Orders (outside EU/CEE):
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Import duties and taxes will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please state this clearly in your return email and let us know which item you’d like to receive in exchange.

  • Exchanges will be shipped free of charge.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • If we encounter any issues, we will contact you via email or phone (if provided).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at malucollective@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
